In a world filled with misinformation, our guiding mission is to make sure that the people who need accurate information most—those receiving or applying for disability benefits and the dedicated professionals who assist them—have access to information they can truly rely on.

Elevate Disability uses multiple platforms to educate the public about Disability Insurance Benefits (DIB) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). In addition to being regular presenters at conferences and seminars on both a national and local level, Elevate has been transformative in partnering with a multitude of professional and health organizations to develop a series of e-learning options for public consumption at no cost.   

Elevate is made up of leaders from both the disability and education sectors. In addition to being a respected disability attorney based in Colorado, Jennifer Morgan is an experienced educator and a partner in an education service company providing guidance and technical assistance to states, school districts and charter schools in administering grant funding. From her work in the education arena, Jen has been exposed to a wide variety of teaching tools that she excitedly brings to Elevate’s audiences across the United States. 

Michael Liner fashions himself as a disability “warrior” and is proud to have founded one of the most innovative and fastest-growing disability law firms in the country based in Ohio. Although Michael has a deep love for assisting clients in the courtroom, his true passion is sharing with others the knowledge he has gained from handling over five thousand disability cases at all stages of litigation.
